We have a variety of options available for your preferences.

Boarding Amenities

• 7 Stall barn, including 5 with attached run-ins & 2 private paddocks
• 12’ × 12’ box stalls
• New fencing, gates, and well-maintained pastures
• Orchard/timothy hay and alfalfa produced across the Davis Ranch properties with ample on-site hay storage (we never run out!)
• Tack room, feed room, and restroom in the barn
• 120’ × 250’ outdoor arena
• Round pen and open farm fields for riding
• Full-care stall board
• Full-care pasture board with run-in sheds

Training & Riding Amenities

The arena is equipped with jumps, poles, blocks, and barrels to accommodate a variety of riding disciplines and training goals. Extensive fields & loops with a 45 minute trail, and only two miles from the North Mills River access in the legendary Pisgah National Forest.

Boarding Rates

• 24/7 turnout with run ins & round bale access, $600/month
• Partial stall with daily turnout, $900/month
• Full stall potentially available by request, but time to just be a horse outside is a pillar of our philosophy.

Training Rates

• Full training 5x/week, $600
• Minimum 30 days
• Includes intake interview, photo/video updates, and an in-person lesson at the conclusion of our time together
